Instructions for online reservations

When making reservations online, the first night is charged at the regular rate and at check-in, the promotion becomes valid or the remaining nights are charged at the current rate, as the case may be.

Follow these next steps:
1. Pick the dates you are interested in and click “Search”
2.Pick your desired room (only Standard or Superior King are applicable for promotions))
3. Input the amount of rooms and select “Book”
4. IInput the amount of adults and children, as well as your personal information
5. If your reservation is for a promotion, in the Notes section add the name (eg. Package 3 days, 2 nights)
6. Confirm by clicking on “Book Now”

• You can make your Hacienda Cocoyoc reservations online with any debit or credit card.
• Make sure you do not have a pop-up blocker in your browser, otherwise it will not be possible to make a reservation.
• Rates subject to change without prior notice.
